Our service includes a virtual/remote consultation to help identify gaps and opportunities. Once we have a full understanding of your business need and the deliverables you want from this new function, we organize a Roles & Responsibilities report. This details what essentially will be your job description and the expectations for that position. Based on feedback from you, we can then deliver a Performance Review with quantifiable measurements to assess your new CI / Lean professional. We offer these services in a timely and professional manner, getting you ready for your first CI / Lean hire to align your business and drive it forward.

Company policies – SD Lean Consulting LLC stands on pillars of honesty, integrity, collaboration, and openness to new ideas. The company was founded with the benchmarking strengths of elements I've seen throughout my career. Those elements include an understanding of what it takes to be a successful business in today's climate. It takes evolution, adaptation, innovation, growth, and a keen eye on how to get to the next level.
Executive profile – As founder and CEO, I, Shawn Driggers have 10-years of industry experience. I began my Continuous Improvement / Lean journey as a management consultant, after graduation with a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership. While being promoted to Senior Consultant, I finished my Masters Degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from the Broad College of Studies at Michigan State University. Those humble beginnings in consulting taught me how to balance the importance of process adherence with industrial psychology and the human side of garnering change. Most importantly, it taught me how to solve complex problems through a standard measurable process. I then took my talents to a multi-program government contracted Naval shipyard at an executive level as Senior Manager for Continuous Improvement. I built the role, and eventually the team from the ground up to fine tune a shipyard of nearly 2k employees. Utilizing my education and professional experience, I saw a gap in small and mid-size businesses that were ready to fill a CI/Lean role, but did not understand exactly what they wanted or how to go about it. They didn't know what they didn't know. They didn't want to make a commitment to a role like that without a full assessment of what to expect. Enter SD Lean Consulting, we will fill that gap and set up your business with a customized review of the role and responsibilities along with how to measure their yearly performance.
